What the website and Customer Access workflows process, and why.

Who operates this service
Daniel Kilian operates Astrologicals Racing, its website and Customer Access service. For privacy questions or requests, email kilianscreative@gmail.com. This notice covers the public website and the associated Astrologicals account, download, activation and support workflows.
Website visits and videos
The website is designed to serve public pages and media without an advertising pixel, Instagram feed or third-party analytics script. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, request information and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Locally hosted short videos load when requested. YouTube embeds load only after you choose to load their player; YouTube then receives connection information and processes it under Google’s policies.
Account, purchase and membership information
When you use Customer Access, we process account references, connected provider identifiers, names or emails supplied through the relevant workflow, purchase or order references, membership tier/status, eligibility, trial or complimentary grants, and refund or revocation information needed to verify access. Checkout and payment-card handling take place with the chosen payment platform, not in the public website.
Your private customer profile
You may choose a display name and profile photo in your customer dashboard. These are private to your signed-in account and authorized Astrologicals support; there is no public customer directory. Display preferences are stored separately from provider identity, purchases and PC activation. Uploaded photos are resized, cropped to a square and stripped of embedded metadata. You can change your display name or remove your photo from your profile. Creator support can correct a display name or remove a photo, with an audit record of the change. Profile edits do not change your billing, ownership or PC link.
PC activation and service records
The activation workflow processes a device public key or fingerprint, linked account/device records, signed verification requests, status and timestamps. The device signing key is protected locally by Windows; the service uses its public proof to verify the linked PC. These records support activation, account recovery, fraud prevention and troubleshooting. Download records and personalized guide watermarks may include account or order references to identify authorized delivery.
Optional Discord and support
If you choose Connect Discord, we process the Discord identity and linking status needed to synchronize eligible server roles. Discord linking is separate from app activation. Support messages, email correspondence and any logs or screenshots you choose to send are used to diagnose your issue. Avoid sending passwords, tokens, payment-card information or unrelated personal files.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide purchases and account services, verify ownership or membership, deliver downloads and essential emails, maintain PC links, handle support and recoveries, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required for optional processing or marketing, that processing depends on consent. Essential access and support messages are distinct from marketing subscriptions.
Service providers
The relevant workflows use Cloudflare for hosting, database/storage and security; Patreon and Gumroad for their account, purchase or membership services; Resend for verification email; and Discord when linked or visited. Google/YouTube is involved when you load a video or follow a YouTube link. These providers may process information in countries outside your own under their terms and applicable safeguards. Support email is also processed by the email provider used to handle it.
Cookies and browser storage
The public site’s interaction state is held in the page; it does not add an advertising-tracking cookie. Customer Access uses essential session and security mechanisms, including time-limited sign-in sessions and verification state. Third-party sites and loaded embeds may use their own cookies or storage. Declining an optional video does not prevent browsing the public site.
Retention and security
Access and purchase records are retained as needed to honor ownership, administer memberships, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable obligations. Temporary codes and sessions expire; technical log retention varies by system. Records are not all kept for the same period. We use access restrictions and technical safeguards, but cannot promise absolute security. A privacy request may require identity verification and may be limited where records must be retained lawfully.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to exercise other rights available where you live. You may also manage connected accounts and marketing choices through their respective services. Disconnecting optional Discord access does not by itself cancel a purchase. We will explain any effect of a requested account deletion on linked services before completing it where appropriate.
Notice updates
This notice describes the website and service workflows prepared for this launch. It will be updated when relevant practices change. A privacy notice does not itself authorize unrelated new data collection. Website publication, formal intellectual-property registration and changes to customer access are separate actions.
